- With Kailo Sector update, the new Space pen-world, Lyncis, the new simulacrum, and her Frost-element weapon, Swish are now live in-game.
- The update also brings the Kailo Survival Guide event series, featuring various events with plenty of rewards.
Perfect World Games has announced the launch of version 5.0, Kailo Sector, for their popular open-world MMORPG, Tower of Fantasy.
This update introduces a brand-new space-themed open world, Simulacrum Lyncis, a weapon, various special events, and more.
Introducing Brand-New Space Open World
Tower of Fantasy takes things to the cosmos with its latest update, introducing an all-new space open-world. Set in the distant Kailo Sector, a distant part of the cosmos, where humanity has spent 50 years rebuilding, exploring, and searching for a new home in space.

Now, in the year 2674, a fleet under the Anchor Infinity discovered a mysterious space mining zone rich with vital energy resources, which is crucial for Kailo’s survival. This sets the stage for the new chapter, Lost Universe – Longs to Return.
You can now explore the Kailo Sector, dive into the OreZone mining zone, explore beautiful cosmic environments, and also battle against new, powerful Bosses, like Queen Xeno. I’m really happy about this new direction for TOF, and honestly, it looks fun.
Introducing Lyncis and her skateboard weapon Swish
Lyncis, the newest and highly versatile Simulacrum, is now available in the game, along with her Frost-element weapon, Swish. You can also visit her Simulacrum Dorm, explore her private room, and spend quality time with her.

A popular outdoor livestreamer and native of the OreZone, Lyncis is the local go-to expert on the Kailo Sector, who knows every corner of the mines. Her weapon also looks cool, a combat skateboard, built for fast-paced exploration and battle.
Additionally, from May 20, 2025, her Haute Couture outfit, Cosmic Petal, will be available in the game, with the event running until June 9, 2025. During the event, you can try your luck to get her Swish – MK2 Couture skin, a Popular Streamer Giftbox, and other valuable resources.
