April 2025 has wrapped up, and the monthly mobile charts have offered us another mix of familiar giants and emerging titles. After falling behind in March, Honor of Kings bounced back in April to reclaim its throne as the highest-grossing mobile game, while Block Blast! continued its incredible streak at the top of the downloads list. Let’s dig into the numbers and the movers that made the most noise last month.
Top Mobile Games by Downloads for April 2025
It’s Block Blast again, and it seems unbeatable at this point. The title racked up a whopping 40.4 million downloads, edging even higher than March’s already staggering number of 39 million. Roblox came in second with 20.1 million, staying firm in its spot on the leaderboard.
Subway Surfers showed no signs of slowing down, finishing third with 14.4 million downloads. Ludo King (12.2 million) also jumped a few ranks, reminding everyone of its mass appeal.

Casual and simulation titles remained strong with No Wifi – Antistress Relax Toys (10.8 million), Pizza Ready! (10.7 million), and Cookingdom (10.4 million) all landing top 10 spots.
Meanwhile, Free Fire (10.5 million) and Free Fire MAX (9.6 million) made their double appearance, after the latter failed to end up in the top 15 last month. There were a few fun additions too, Snake Clash, Brainy Prankster, and 8Ball Pool joined the party with over 8 million downloads each.
Top Mobile Games by Revenue for April 2025
After slipping to 5th in March, Honor of Kings stormed back to first place with $187.6 million in revenue. The game not only recovered but outpaced last month’s topper, Last War: Survival, which came in second at $157.2 million. Whiteout Survival held strong in third with $140.5 million.
Royal Match followed closely behind at $134.8 million, proving once again that puzzle games can be powerhouse earners. MONOPOLY GO!, which crossed $5 billion in lifetime revenue recently, and Candy Crush Saga rounded out the top six with $120.7 million and $117.5 million, respectively.

Although it failed to enter the Top 15 spot in downloads for the first time this year, PUBG Mobile saw itself in the top 10 in revenue. Even though it slipped a bit with a dip in revenue, it wasn’t far off either, pulling in $116.7 million in April.
Pokémon TCG Pocket kept its place in the top 10 with $76.3 million, and Honkai: Star Rail followed closely behind at $74 million, making its first Top 15 Revenue appearance this year.
A couple of familiar faces like Coin Master, Pokémon GO, Township, and Gardenscapes held their ground. While Gossip Harbor and Brainy Prankster were new entrants to complete the Top 15.
