July 2025 continued to reflect the familiar yet fast-changing landscape of the mobile gaming industry. The rankings reflected the same, so here’s a breakdown of the publishers who made waves in downloads and revenue last month.
Top Mobile Game Publishers by Downloads for July 2025
Not a surprise at this point, Azur Games maintained its position at the top of the downloads chart with 113.6 million installs, once again proving the appeal of its hyper-casual lineup. BabyBus climbed to second place with 92.2 million installs, as Miniclip closely followed with 87.7 million.

Voodoo stayed solid in fourth with 71.8 million, while Outfit7, known for its Talking Tom series, captured fifth with nearly 70 million downloads. Supercent and SayGames remained steady in the middle of the pack, each logging over 60 million installs, while Supersonic Studios and CrazyLabs rounded out the Israeli presence in the top 10.
Tencent Games made it back into the top 10 with 38.6 million installs, just ahead of Roblox Corporation and 1SOFT, both with over 36 million. Notable entries in the lower half include Garena, KAYAC, Learnings, and ABI Games Studio to wrap the Top 15.
Top Mobile Game Publishers by Revenue for July 2025
On the revenue side, Tencent Games remained unshakable at the top, generating a staggering $521.4 million, a clear lead over its peers. Century Games followed with a strong $202.9 million, boosted by its well-performing simulation games.
FunPlus and Dream Games were neck and neck for third and fourth, earning $155.3 million and $155 million, respectively. NetEase Games stayed in fifth with $141.2 million, while Scopely brought in $136.9 million, thanks to the continuing success of MONOPOLY GO!, which alone brought $109.4 million this month.

Cognosphere (HoYoverse) wasn’t far behind with $131.8 million, driven by its anime-style RPGs, and Playrix followed with $129.7 million off the strength of its evergreen puzzle titles. Bandai Namco, King, and Supercell continued their dependable runs, each bringing in well over $100 million.
Clash Royale once again contributed significantly to Supercell’s total of $118.8 million. The bottom tier of the top 15 included Moon Active, Microfun, eFootball 2025 creators KONAMI, and Cygames, all ranging between $65 to $79 million.
