Step into a feudal Japan-inspired world and battle to become the best Shogun
Shogun Showdown is a 2D turn-based tactical roguelike title set pixel-art world inspired by feudal Japan. In this game, you’ll have to smartly position yourself, upgrade your character’s abilities, find powerful artifacts, and time your attacks to beat various enemies, while adapting to ever-changing challenges.
If you’re into Japanese culture, movies, or anime, you must’ve surely imagined being a Ninja or a Samurai at some point, just like I’ve. While that dream may never come true, this game lets you enjoy a bit of that by battling powerful Bosses in intense battles using your own custom decks and deadly combos.
That said, what makes me want to try this title is the procedurally generated runs, ensuring that no two gameplay runs feel the same. With its blend of deck-building, roguelike elements, tactical combat, and powerful artifacts, abilities, and combos, Shogun Showdown looks fun and engaging.
Shogun Showdown is now available on both Android and iOS. You can download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store if you’re a Crunchyroll Mega or Ultimate Fan member.
