Netmarble has launched the early access phase 2 for its idle RPG, The King of Fighters AFK, now available on Android and iOS in Canada, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The game was first revealed on September 26, 2024, at the Tokyo Game Show 2024. Its global pre-registration is also live.

For those who are not unfamiliar, The King of Fighters AFK is a character-collecting idle RPG that brings the action-packed KOF series to life with a retro, pixel-art style. You can participate in 5vs5 team battles and boost your fighters’ Combat Power with a single tap. I like the fact that you are the tournament host in this game to become the greatest host in the world.
The good news is that the game is celebrating its early access phase 2 launch with a variety of rewards through in-game events.
- OBT Special Login Reward event: Log in during the event to get Legendary Fighter Ryo Sakazaki and Unique Fighters Li Xiangfei and Momoko.
