Talofa Games has launched early access for their new monster-collecting RPG, Monster Walk, now available on both Android and iOS in the UK, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Finland, and Denmark. This marks the studio’s second title, with a wider release planned for the US and others later this year.
Explore, connect, and build through mindful movement
Monster Walk is a base-building, monster-collecting RPG that lets you explore an immersive world while crafting unique structures. In this game, you can create habitats for mystical creatures, build relationships, and earn resources by simply walking in real life.

Despite being walk-focused, it’s not a fitness tracker. The game doesn’t use GPS or track your data, and there’s no competition involved. You can think of it as a blend of Pokémon and mindfulness, gently encouraging you to go on walks with your magical companions. It’s not like Pokémon GO.
Walk into an adventure where every step uncovers treasures and battles
As you move, you gather resources that help you explore, collect, train, and bond with these characters in-game. It’s fairly simple, but I’m intrigued to discover hidden treasures and take on exciting, action-packed battles.
Overall, the concept and the game itself look promising, with a solid focus on being a game-first experience rather than a generic fitness app. Plus, there’s a wide variety of creatures, each with unique personalities and personalities, which is a nice touch in my opinion.
Monster Walk is now available as early access on both Android and iOS on July 14. You can now download the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
