Erabit Studios, known for Brotato, and more, has announced that its horde survival ARPG, Halls of Torment, is scheduled to launch on both Android and iOS on September 1st, 2025. This is a mobile remake of the critically acclaimed hit PC title, and is now open for pre-registration.
Survive waves of unholy creatures and master bullet heaven
Halls of Torment is a horde survival action RPG with retro-style visuals that feels straight out of the late 90s. In this mobile remake, you can pick from a variety of heroes from 11 classes, fight endless waves of enemies, face unholy creatures, and enjoy the roguelike bullet heaven experience.
One of the best parts of this mobile version is its streamlined battles that last between six to fifteen minutes. Plus, you can experiment with hundreds of traits, skills, and equipment while enjoying the pre-rendered retro visuals. I’m also excited to explore the vast underground areas for powerful items.
Climb the global leaderboards and collect legendary gems
If you’re a fan of bullet heaven titles, you’re going to love this one. Moreover, you can even compete with players from around the world and climb the global leaderboards. Plus, thanks to the updated Vault map, you can collect richer loot and legendary gems, which is really great.
The game shows a lot of promise, especially after its success on PC, offering deeper progression with gems, gear upgrades, strategic builds, a reworked Shrine of Torment, optimized UI, upcoming content in the future, and more.
Halls of Torment is scheduled to launch on both Android and iOS on September 1st, 2025. You can now pre-register for the game via your respective Google Play Store or App Store.
