Embark on a unique adventure with deckbuilding gameplay in Foretales
Foretales is a story-driven adventure game that puts a unique spin on the genre by blending rich narrative exploration with strategic card management. In this game, you play as Volepain, a small-time thief haunted by the vision of the world’s end, and it’s up to you to decide whether to prevent it or not.

While the storyline leans into serious vibes, what intrigues me are the vibrant animal companions. Their art style gives me a nostalgic vibe of classic animated films from Disney and such. Now, with their help, you’ll have to make meaningful choices, as every card you play shapes how everything unfolds.
Experience multiple endings along with turn-based battles
According to me, what makes the game even more compelling is its branching storylines. You can approach conflicts with diplomacy, stealth, or tactical, turn-based combat. Surprisingly, you’ll also have to manage various resources, along with everything else.
Already well-received on Steam with very positive reviews, Foretales is now bringing its immersive experience to mobile. It looks very promising with narrative-driven deckbuilding, multiple endings, and turn-based mechanics, complemented by stunning hand-painted art and Christophe Héral‘s score.
Foretales is now available to download on iOS, and you can download the game from the App Store, priced at $4.99. The game is set to launch soon on Android, and you can now pre-register for it from the Google Play Store.
