Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a closed beta test for their new DIGIMON Card Game, DIGIMON ALYSION, scheduled for August on both Android and iOS. The game was first unveiled at DIGIMON CON 2025 on March 19, and the CBT applications are now live until August 2.
Step into the world of Digimon with a new storyline, characters, and evolution paths
If you missed it, DIGIMON ALYSION is an online card game based on the popular DIGIMON Card Game, set in the same universe as the DIGIMON LIBERATOR comic and novel. In this game, you can build decks with your favorite Digimon, train them, and dive into exciting card battles against others.
You’ll also get to experience a new original story featuring new characters like Kanata Hondo, Futre, and Valner Dragnogh, along with new Digimon such as Gemmon. That said, I’m more excited about the new evolution lines known as digivolution paths, adding a new twist to how you evolve your Digimon.
How to apply for the DIGIMON ALYSION closed beta test
The good news is that DIGIMON ALYSION is heading to a closed beta test (CBT) this August on Android and iOS. However, only 10000 players will be selected for the test, and if the number of applicants exceeds that number, they’ll determine who gets access via a lottery.
Here’s how you can apply for DIGIMON ALYSION’s upcoming CBT:
- First, visit their official website.
- There, tap on the Closed Beta Test.
- Now, scroll down and check both boxes and tap on Apply for the Closed Beta Test.
- Now, fill in all the required options in the CBT application.
- Tap on submit, and you’re done.
You can apply for the CBT until August 2, but I suggest you apply sooner for a better chance. If you’re selected, you’ll be notified via the email address you provided to participate in the test. Do note that the game is still in development, so the beta version won’t reflect the final one.
