The Brawl Stars team has addressed community feedback in their latest post on X and also confirmed that future Brawl Passes will soon offer better rewards for F2P players. Moreover, these buffed rewards are aimed at matching Legendary Brawler Masteries in the next update.
Community backlash leads to upcoming buffs to Brawl Pass Rewards
In case you missed it, the recent Brawl Stars update didn’t sit well with the community. Many players were upset about the removal of Masteries, the introduction of Records, and the costly Ultra Legendary Brawler’s early access. Thankfully, the devs have acknowledged the backlash and are working on it.
One of the major issues was how they handled the removal of Masteries. They overlooked that the Mastery Rewards of new Brawlers were also removed. However, the good news is that the free-to-play rewards in the Battle Pass are now getting a boost.
The new Battle Pass update will bring easier, better rewards
To explain it better, starting with the next update, the Brawl Pass will include rewards similar to what you used to get from Legendary Brawler Masteries. These rewards will be deterministic, meaning no RNG is involved, and you can earn them much more easily.
Similar to the recent Trophy Road overhaul, you’ll have to invest much less time and effort to obtain the rewards compared to the old Masteries. You can look forward to earning rewards like 3000 Coins, 450 Power Points, and 300 Credits. I’m really happy about this quick solution they came up with.
