How to get Catpals easily in Tree of Savior: NEO
Catpals are your magical companions in Tree of Savior: NEO. These creatures can significantly enhance your stats and abilities. They are useful support units because they offer both active skills and passive stat buffs. Catpals have different rarities, from most rarest red catpals to the most common blue catpals.
Catpals are mainly acquired by the Captal Gacha, where Captal Gacha Tickets or Rainbow Gems can be used to summon them. There is a pity system that rewards a high-rarity red Catpal every 240 pulls and a gold Catpal every 60 pulls.
Occasionally, Catpals also come as event rewards, login rewards, or limited-time shop bundles. Duplicate Catpals or shards can be utilized for upgrading or fusing into new ones, so a pull is always worth it in the long run.
The Catpal album acts as the personal photobook for the catpals. When you get a new catpal or evolve a catpal, you can activate them in the Album. Each activation provides proportional stat bonuses, Album EXP, and Ruby. Album EXP can be used to upgrade the Album for character stats bonuses.

Deploy Catpals
Each player can carry up to three Catpals on the battlefield. Each of the deployed catpals has their abilities and active skills that can be used to support your character. Only Purple or above Catpals have Catpal Skills and can be placed in combat positions.
Catpal Assist
When 3 Catpals are deployed in Combat Positions, the Assist feature will be triggered. Assist positions will be unlocked sequentially based on the progress in Archi Tower. The assist position quality cannot be higher than the main lineup’s quality. You can increase the Assist Level by consuming specific items.
Stat Bonuses
The stats of the main combat Catpals are 100% transferred to the player’s character. Red assist catpals will transfer 60% of their stats to the player. On the contrary, those of other qualities only transfer 30% of their stats.
Performing Chain Effects with the Catpals
Beyond individual strength, Catpals have powerful skills that can be manually cast during combats. Additionally, there are chain effects between some catpals. Look for Catpal sets that give active skill bonuses if activated together.
These unlock additional skill bonuses when certain catpals are linked. A chain icon will appear when the bonus is triggered. Pairing them can boost the effectiveness of the overall combat scenario and compensate for weak classes, such as the DPS class that lacks healing support.
