Collect Cactuses in matches to unlock #Spike! 🌵
The event runs for one week! 🗓️ pic.twitter.com/88WPh7GxzC
Running for a week, the main idea of this event is that it gives you the chance to unlock Spike completely for free, along with a bunch of extra rewards. However, there’s a catch, though: this one’s a grind-heavy event. Still, a week might be enough.
The event operates similarly to past events, such as unlocking Mortis for free during the Piñata Community event in May 2025. You’ll need to collect cactuses from battles to unlock a total of 48 reward tiers. Spike is unlocked at the very end, requiring you to collect 6,460 cactuses in total.
You can earn cactuses mainly by defeating large Spike NPCs in battle. Playing modes like Pinata Party or Duos will help you target them efficiently. On average, you’ll get 30 to 40 cactuses per match, and the daily track rewards offer up to 750 per day, totaling 5,250 cactuses across the event.
If you’re short, you can buy extra cactuses from the shop using coins or real money. As for the rewards are concerned, they include coins, chests, chest doublers and triplers, stealth tickets, hammers, and hero points as well.
