How Team Role works in Etheria: Restart
To be able to form a good team with the right composition, a role is needed from each Animus so that the team can be balanced. In addition to roles, affinity is also sometimes needed, so don’t just use 1 or 2 affinities in a team.
DPS (Damage per Second)
This acts as the main damage dealer for the team, playing a vital role in eliminating enemies quickly and efficiently. This role has powerful skills that are specifically used to finish off opponents, either through single-target or Area of Effect.
Support
This acts as a buff giver to allies or gives a debuff to enemies. These effects can significantly influence the battle, giving the team a strategic advantage either by increasing their stats or weakening the enemy.
Turn Meter
Etheria: Restart is a turn-based game, so this role plays a significant role in a team because it can give more turns to its teammates, so that they can get turns continuously
Healer/Blocker
This role is less contributive in the early stages, but it’s a different story if it’s late game. The Healer or Blocker’s job is to keep teammates alive by providing healing or damage block.
Team Composition in Etheria: Restart
Main Quests

With this composition, Lian will be the team’s core, assisted by Gray as the second DPS, and can also provide buffs to allies. In addition, Tsukiyo Mi acts as a support who can provide buffs and silence to enemies as well as a turn meter provider. Because there is already a turn meter provider to allies, with the presence of Cachi here, the enemy’s turn meter will decrease.
Challenge
In this challenge, we can explore many strategies using the 5 deployable animus, but for now, we’ll start by discussing them from Aurora to Terrormaton.
Aurora

Borgne is very superior if there are more than 4 enemies because he can deal 440% DMG. Then Fangus is his second DPS, and then there is Obol, who can stun enemies. Then there is Valerian as a blocker who can ward off enemy attacks with the absorption he gives to allies, and there is Rin as a taunter, who lures enemies to use skills on him.
Doki-Doki
First, there is Rilmocha, here he acts as the main core; besides that, he can also provide stun and splash damage to enemies. Then, Gray, as a DPS support, there is Kraken, which acts as a support that can provide a freeze so that enemies cannot take action.

Then there is Lingluo, who can provide healing to all allies and provide immunity from enemy debuffs. Then Kazuyo the Reverie plays a role in giving debuffs to enemies too, such as reducing enemy ATK, then there is Slumber, which gives the effect of not taking action, then if we attack, it increases damage by 25%.
Terromaton
In this composition, Heinrich is not only the main damage dealer, but he also has debuff skills such as wounds, which means the enemy does not heal. Then there is Dinah, who plays the role of support; she can reduce enemy DEF and give true damage, which means ignoring the enemy’s DEF attribute.

Then there is Chiaki the Echo, who plays a role as a turn meter provider to allies. Then there is Lily, whose skill can reset the cooldown of allies’ skills. Finally, Sania is the healer.
Final Thoughts
A good team composition is when a team has all the roles available. With just one role empty, it can change the tactics of the game. Also, pay attention to what type of fight you are playing, because each fight sometimes requires a different animus.
