eFootball 2025 AFC Champions League Elite Selection Guide

Decent picks?

Story Highlights
  • eFootball 2025 has introduced the AFC Champions League Elite Selection pack.
  • Featuring 8 players, you can pick any one from them, which consists of Ibanez, Malcolm, and Atal.

eFootball 2025 always offers free packs, especially Selection Packs, which give us a chance to pick one card of our choice. Again, on the basis AFC Champions League Elite Selection is here in eFootball 2025, so let me guide you on which card is the suitable option for your choice.

eFootball 2025 AFC Champions League Elite Selection Players

We have eight players in the pack. Here’s my overview of all eight.

Roger Ibanez

  • Position: CB
  • Playing Style: Extra Frontman

Ibanez is a balanced CB. His playstyle leans more toward holding his line and cleaning up danger without stepping out too much, so he ticks the box for this since he comes with good pace, has solid defensive numbers without compromising on anything needed for a CB.

Jhon Duran

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Goal Poacher

A decent card, nothing special if you ask me. He almost fits the mould of a physical striker, with a good finish. Tall striker, but that heading numbers don’t shout impressive. Has good stats in the pace department but lacks skills.

Malcom

  • Position: RWF
  • Playing Style: Prolific Winger

Malcom is one of those wide players who looks like he enjoys having the ball at his feet. He fits well into teams that like quick, short passes out wide. Dribbling numbers are good, so expect smooth play and he can actually create too, thanks to passing being decent.

Youcef Atal

  • Position: RB
  • Playing Style: Full-back Finisher

I remember having his card back in PES, he was a rapid pick at the flanks. Here, too, he looks decent. He’s quick on his feet and looks comfortable pushing forward as well, thanks to that awesome playstyle. Can work well if you give him space to roam while having a good midfielder to cover his space left. Better built as an RMF if you ask me.

Lee Min-Gi

  • Position: LB
  • Playing Style: Defensive Full-back

Overall, he looks pretty neat. Absolutely rapid card going by the stats. I like the Speed number on this, it helps when you’re up against tricky wingers. Since he is a defensive player, good for teams that don’t want their full-backs overcommitting.

Jean Claude

  • Position: DMF
  • Playing Style: Anchor Man

Good Anchor Man card here. His style focuses on sitting deep, breaking up play, and keeping things simple in midfield without pushing forward too much. Passing numbers are also surprisingly good. Might chop a little pace and then put it into defense or aerial to improve this card. But let me remind you, he has zero skills.

Shunsuke Ando

  • Position: GK
  • Playing Style: Defensive Goalkeeper

Shunsuke appears to be a traditional-style goalkeeper with a basic player ID. Standard form, basic GK numbers, one skill. Well, you decide if you want a GK like this.

Suphanat Mueanta

  • Position: RWF
  • Playing Style: Prolific Winger

Mueanta fits into the category of quick wingers who have good dribbling. He has Super Sub and the First Time shot skill, surprisingly, so he can be a menace in the 2nd half. Lack of skills is a bit off-putting though, and that physical contact looks off.

Whom to select from the AFC Champions League Selection in eFootball 2025

After seeing the cards and having multiple builds, here’s my tier list based on the overview.

TierPlayer
SSS (Overpowered)None
S (Strong)Roger Ibanez, Youcef Atal, Malcom
A (Good)Lee Min-Gi
B (Average)Suphanat Mueanta, Jhon Duran
C (Below Average)Shunsuke Ando, Jean Claude

I see there are a couple of good picks from this pack, which I think you can pick if you need backups. Those two names are Roger Ibanez and Youcef Atal. Both defenders, so if you want any attacker, then Malcolm is also a good pick. The rest are just skippable.

With that, I conclude my eFootball 2025 AFC Champions League Selection Guide. Don’t forget to share your thoughts on the cards in the comments. Read other related eFootball articles:
