Best Meta Cards for Clash Royale Season 73 in July 2025
The latest addition to the cards collection is Spirit Empress. Right now, the card has two use cases surely makes it a powerful addition. With versatality, the card can be used across multiple decks and that’s the reason you can do the combinations of your choice.
Skeleton Barrel, the most recent Evolution, is somewhat similar to the Goblin Barrel evo, while still being a strong card without the evo. In the previous Season 72, Inferno Dragon’s evo arrival saw it to be more powerful, and hence surely it remains to be the top cards in the game.

In Season 68, Berserker arrived at the game, bringing an exciting 2-elixir card. A quick, 2-elixir card in her is not exactly a game-changer, but she isn’t a dud either. I liked the value she provides with this card, which might become hard to counter sometimes, so you can play her as you wish.

Another recent card was the Rune Giant. I paired her with some favorites like Electro Wizard and Executioner to test how her synergy worked with multi-hit cards. The Rune Giant certainly feels strong and brings a lot to the table, but I’d rate her as S-tier rather than SS-tier.

Lumberjack evolution is also a plus point; he gets a solid evolution and hence moved up the ranking. LumberLoon players have already started with their pushes hard.
The most recent Tower Troop was the Dagger Dutchess, which is one of the powerful tower troops available now, benching off both the first two releases. The new Champion Card Goblinstein is also a fantastic champion, easily the top tier currently.
That’s all for this Season’s Clash Royale tier list! Do keep an eye on this page every season, as we’ll be looking at various changes throughout the season.
