Brawl Stars Kaze Guide: Abilities Breakdown

Kaze’s Ultra Trait

She has two aspects, Geisha and Ninja Aspects, and you can freely switch between both, which also alternate her primary Attack, Super, Gadgets, and Star Powers.

Kaze’s Geisha Attack: Delivery Service

In her Geisha Aspect, you can dash a short distance, similar to her husband Kenji, and automatically strike the nearest enemy Brawler. Plus, she has a Strike Spot at a fixed angle around her, and by hitting your enemy in it, you can deal 200% damage, while resetting the Strike Spot to a new position.

Kaze’s Ninja Attack: Silent Shuriken

In her Ninja aspect, her main attack changes, letting you throw 2 knives in succession. Moreover, you can deal the most damage when your enemies are near you.

Kaze’s Geisha Super: Fan Storm

Kaze’s Geisha Aspect, super, Fan Storm, lets you toss a hand fan that creates a circular storm. Enemies caught inside won’t be able to see anything outside the storm, and if they touch the edge, they take significant damage.

Kaze’s Ninja Super: Fist of the Brawl Star

By using the Super in Ninja aspect, you can dash a very long distance very quickly, while marking enemies you pass through. These marks then explode after 2.5 seconds, dealing significant damage.

Tips for using Kaze’s Super

  • Use it for zoning: You can use Fan Storm to block enemy vision in key areas like the Gem Mine or to score a goal in Brawl Ball.
  • Use it for flanks: Use the Super in her Ninja aspect to catch squishy Brawlers off guard. The mark damage, followed by a primary attack, should be enough to take them out.
  • Combine it with AoE Supers: You can team up with Brawlers like Spike, and combine your supers to deal massive damage to enemies.

Brawl Stars Kaze Guide: Gadgets and Star Power

Gadget

Gracious Host

With this gadget, switching to Ninja Aspect increases your movement speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds, while switching to Geisha Aspect heals you for 30% of max health. This gadget has a 6-second cooldown.

Hensojutsu

This gadget grants you invisibility for a few seconds when you switch to Ninja Aspect, and lets you dash forward when you switch to her Geisha Aspect. It also has a 6-second cooldown.

Star Powers

Advanced Techniques

With this Star Power, you can slow down your enemies by 30% for 2.5 seconds if you hit them in a Strike Spot while in Ninja Aspect. In Geisha Aspect, when you take out a marked enemy, they explode, dealing area damage to nearby enemies.

Gratuity Included

This Star Power removes 34% of the ammo from enemies caught in your Fan Storm Super while you’re in Ninja Aspect. And the duration of your Gadgets’ effects is increased by 50% when you’re in Geisha Aspect.

Best Game Modes for Kaze

Kaze, as the first Ultra Legendary Brawler in Brawl Stars, has immense potential to dominate across various game modes. Here are her best game modes, in my opinion:

  • Gem Grab: I believe Kaze will be a great pick in Gem Grab, as her Geisha Aspect is great for controlling the center with Fan Storm super. Moreover, you can flank and pick off squishy characters thanks to her Ninja Aspect abilities.
  • Brawl Ball: You can make plays or break through enemy defenses, thanks to her high mobility. You can also pressure enemies with her ammo drain and slowdown effects.
  • Knockout: You should try Kaze in Knockout mode, as her invisibility with the Hensojutsu gadget and dashes lets you easily flank enemies or escape from them.

Best Brawler Combination with Kaze

Kaze is already a strong Assassin Brawler on her own, but she can shine more when paired with the right allies. Supports like Gray or Byron can help you make impressive plays with their powerful kits. Pairing her with Sandy lets you take advantage of his Super’s invisibility to pull off surprise attacks on enemies.

Best Gears for Kaze in Brawl Stars

Damage Gear

As an Assassin, your main objective is to eliminate enemy Brawlers, and you can take advantage of Damage Gear for this. By equipping this gear, you can deal an additional 15% damage to your enemies when your HP drops below 50%.

Shield Gear

With 7600 HP at max level, Kaze can benefit a lot from the Shield Gear. You can equip it to gain an additional 900 health as a consumable shield that regenerates in 10 seconds when you are at full health.
