Following the esports roadmap for this year, the tournament will be a fighting ground for the best and most powerful teams around the world.
This is the inaugural season of the esports series. The previous one, AWC, was discontinued after 2022. And now the game introduces the new KWC series, which will follow the GSL format for the group stage.

AG.AL International is the champion of Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2025
The stage at EWC 2025 is so diverse that no organization could take more than one event. The grand final of Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2025 was one of those high-octane hits where each team fought to their end to claim the championship. However, AG.AL International became the one to lift it.
After defeating TT Global by a 4-3 score in the last match of the event, the champion team took the largest share of the prize money. The team won the first round and then lost the next three in the final, making the score 3-1, where the runner-up only needed another round to secure the title.
But the champion made a strong, and maybe the strongest, comeback to win the next rounds and didn’t lose the trophy along with the title. The third-place match between Nova Esports and Twisted Minds was won by the Chinese team by a scoreline of 3-0. Zoe from the champion team won the Finals MVP award.
